
CANCELLATION AND/OR REBOOKING
POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or by mail; no phone
cancellations will be accepted. Upon cancellation, refund of any
deposits held by us shall be granted only if property is re-rented
for the same rental period. There is a cancellation fee of $50 even
if the unit is re-booked. There are no refunds for late arrivals,
early departures, no shows or emergencies of any kind. Travel protection
is recommended.
TERMS:
A deposit of two nights lodging is due at time of booking reservation.
The full amount is due 45 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit
payments on time will result in cancellation of your reservation.

An additional 3% charge may apply if a MasterCard, Visa, American
Express or Discover Card is used.
TAX EXEMPT STATUS:
Proper documentation must be declared at time of booking.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A credit card is required to be on file as a security deposit against
damages, missing items, misuse, additional cleaning, missing keys,
or to cover fines levied by the Homeowners Association for failure
to observe rules. By signing this agreement, the responsible party
authorizes that charges may be made to the credit card on file.
Upon check in, please immediately report anything amiss to avoid
being charged for previous damages.
CHECK OUT:
Please check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $50 for
each half hour. Empty all trash into dumpster in lower parking lot.
Load dishwasher with dirty dishes and run dishwasher. Turn off gas
to barbecue grill and patio warmer. Turn of gas log. Turn off all
lights and electronics. Leave keys on kitchen counter. Close and
lock all windows and doors.
SMOKING:
As a courtesy to other guests, no smoking is allowed. A $500 charge
will be assessed for any evidence of smoking (cigarette/pipe/ cigar)
within the unit. Thank you.
PETS:
Due to allergies and respiratory problems and as a courtesy to other
guests, no pets are allowed under any circumstances.
PARKING:
Parking is located directly north of the unit and in the lower parking
lot.
MAID SERVICE/HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily maid service is not included. If you require daily maid service,
please let us know in advance and it will be provided at an additional
charge.
TOWELS, LINENS and BLANKETS:
There will be a replacement charge for any missing towels, linens
and/or blankets.
TOILETRIES:
No toiletries are provided (i.e. shampoo, soap, and lotion).
KEYS:
An access key is provided in a key box by the front door. The code
will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Please use access
key from key box upon arrival and promptly return to key box. Additional
keys will are located inside the unit for use during your stay.
A $40 charge will be made for each lost key. A $100 charge will
be made for lost pool/hot tub key.
PHONE SERVICE:
Phone service is provided with long distance restrictions. You must
use a credit card, calling card or call collect to make long distance
phone calls. All local and 800 calls are free.
PROPERTY ADDRESS and DIRECTIONS:
Directions from Salt Lake City International Airport: Follow signs
to I-80 E. (Denver/Cheyenne) out of Salt Lake City and through Parley’s
Canyon. Take Exit 145 (Kimball Junction/Park City exit) and turn
right onto Highway 224. At the fourth stop light, turn right onto
The Canyons™ Resort Drive. Turn right at Cedar Lane and follow one
way road thru units to pool on right. Property is to the right of
the pool and parking is in front of condo unit 11-D.
PROPERTY RULES:
PLEASE: Do not remove furnishings. Do not burn candles. No wet clothing
on furniture. Dispose of trash in lower parking lot. Keep food and
drinks in kitchen and dining area only. Clean BBQ grill after use.
Use etiquette and safety when using the hot tub.
Card holder agrees to pay for charges relating to the above reservation
including damages and changes incurred to the property by my guest(s)
or myself.
